Amelia is an experienced development professional with over 20 years experience, with a focus on program design, management, and implementation. Planned, executed, monitored, and evaluated public health and WASH programs in South America, Africa, and Asia. Areas of expertise include program/proposal development, strategic planning, MEL/reporting tool development, training, and capacity building which blends innovation and technology. Also a certified adult learning specialist, with 15+ years of designing, creating, and implementing training and capacity building programs for medical and INGO professionals. Experience includes curricula design, course construction, learner evaluation and assessment. Well-versed in blended-learning, simulation, and virtual learning methodologies, with a practiced ability to integrate technology and innovation into the delivery of adult learning. Proficient in Spanish and working knowledge of French.
