Raquel Lynn Ramos is an experienced learning and organizational development professional with more than 15 years of leadership experience in federal and military environments. She specializes in modernizing learning systems, developing competency-based training frameworks and using data to strengthen workforce readiness and organizational performance. In her current role as Training and Education Program Manager with the Defense Suicide Prevention Office, Raquel leads the development, evaluation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide education programmes. Her work includes curriculum design, competency development, instructor development, digital learning integration and the alignment of training with organizational policy and strategic priorities.
