Della Medeiros started working with RCS in September 2014 as a Program Assistant for the Foster Family Agency (FFA) where she supported staff and foster families. After two years as a program assistant, she was promoted to recruitment and training where she reached out to our community to recruit new foster and/or adoptive families and guided them through the approval process. In 2019 she moved to the training department where she facilitates training for multiple topics.
