James is Certified instructor utilizing the ADDIE method of course development. Develops and instructs Airframe and Powerplant systems and engine operational courses for MQ-9A, MQ-9B, and the YQ-ll Avenger platforms in accordance with Air Force DCMA 8210 requirements.  James provides expertise in the development of technical data on prototypes and existing platforms. He is a deployable leader in austere locations worldwide. “Making it happen” in the harshest environments under poor conditions with a positive approach.
