A little about LindseyStephenson

Lindsey M. Stephenson is a passionate Learning and Development professional with a knack for picking up on non-verbal cues in a virtual and in-person setting. She loves connecting with others and building relationships, both inside and outside of work. Her ever-optimistic outlook and high energy comes from a genuine love for the work I am doing. Nothing puts a bigger smile on my face than creating and leading trainings and watching employees have the “ah-ha” moment when it all sinks in. She values integrity, transparency, accountability, and those who are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Armed with a growth mindset and can-do attitude, Lindsey been recognized for evaluating corporate programs, identifying performance gaps, and designing/implementing specified training programs aimed at enhancing organizational productivity. She has demonstrated success in analyzing the effectiveness of existing training initiatives to modify and improve development programs while establishing and executing procedures for knowledge transfer. She is instrumental in utilizing multiple methodologies, such as virtual and in-person trainings, e-learnings, demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and workshops to plan, develop, and deliver training and staff development programs.
