Rodney D. McCay Jr.  works for The Stowers Institue for Medical Research since 2005 and during that time he worked in many positions involving rodent animal care. This includes rodent husbandry, colony maintenance, survival surgery, transgenic and reproductive technology services, training coordinator, and regulatory compliance. Rodney also works closely alongside the IACUC committee to ensure members receive proper training to do the work that is required in their protocol.
