A little about Candee Lakner

Candee Lakner is from Rapid City, South Dakato and is Utility Process and Systems Trainer with Black Hills Energy. Candee coordinates training and development specifically surrounding the Utility Construction Specialist and Utility Construction Planner roles for both Gas and Electric Utility Groups. She identifies and implement process and training solutions for Utility Construction Specialist roles, develops training ideas, techniques, and methodologies through constant research and Candee develops, owns, maintains and drives to completion the vision of training programs. Candee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Black Hills State University.
