A little about Melisa M. Álvarez

Melisa Martinez Alvarez is a senior Learning & Development professional with strong expertise in Train-the-Trainer, instructional design, leadership development, change management, and inclusive learning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies and Administration and a Master’s degree in Education from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City. Melisa serves as a voluntary member of the LATAM Advisory Board of the International Board of Certified Trainers.

Since 1996, Melisa has supported corporate and educational organizations in designing and facilitating high-impact learning programs, including facilitator guides, participant materials, tutorials, and global training rollouts.
